The mystery bows are Pre-Made and designs are picked at random. Most products are shipped through USPS within 4-7 business days.
If you would like bows that match a different product, or you have a design in mind, you are welcome to order a Custom Set. Some Custom Sets may result in a additional charge.
When ordering a Custom Set, it will change your shipping time to 3-4 weeks. For a custom design, please send an email with your order number to 1luckymommallama@gmail.com along with the design you are looking for.
